I am also in desperate need of help (with my RAQ)
I cannot get any email aliases to work. I have set up a user called 'anicol'
and 'anicol@xxxxxxxx' works.
I set up within this an alias of 'andy' (is this the right syntax?)
when I send to 'andy@xxxxxxxx' I get this reply..
... while talking to mail.hotcakesmedia.com.:
>>> RCPT To:<andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
<<< 550 5.1.1 <andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown
550 <andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown
Any suggestions?
Many thanks
Andy
