[cobalt-users] Raq2 Delete user

I, cant find where to delete a user. I have a user that exist on site183 but
site183 doesnt exist. Wich registers are the users names writtten in?
If I use the finger command in telnet the system tells me the following:

[root /sites]# finger hjansen
Login: hjansen                          Name: Harald Jansen
Directory: /home/sites/site183/users/hjansen    Shell: /bin/badsh
Never logged in.

But I do not have a site183 and are unable to delete this user.
