Hi list,

I've been co-locating with Alcom for about 4 months and have to say I haven't found them as bad as the last two posts.  The server
has been down twice in this period, one time for about an hour and another for 5 hours but I've not been with them long enough to
know if this is the exception or the rule!  On all the occasions I've spoken to, or e-mailed, their support team they have been very
friendly and helpful despite some of the problems being down to my lack of knowledge (or plain stupidity!).  I have, however, found
they are often difficult to contact in the evenings/weekends.  Maybe they have made attempts to put things right or maybe doom is
about to descend!  I hope not!
