[cobalt-users] Frontpage 2000 on Raq4i - Can't Publish. This a bug?

On my Raq 3i, I could publish all virtual sites using just my root Admin and
password through FrontPage.  When I do this on the Raq4i, it just keeps
asking for a password and my root pw nor the one (the same one) I put under
Add Virtual Site FP Extensions works.

I do not have users under domains (many are just parked) but need to publish
FP pages.  Like I said, I've always used Admin.  Can you offer me some
guidance?

I tried to read the Archives and found something about a known bug that was
close to this but not the exact same.
