This may be old news, I tried sending this morning.
FYI, you can now register domain names in Chineese (Big5 and Short),
Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and other multilingual characters with the
.com, .net, and .org suffix; though ISPs and people wishing to host &
do email with these names are not yet supported. Use register.com since
their servers were not flooded out of commission like the others.
