[cobalt-users] web mail success

I have had a great deal of success installing and using a GNU licensed web
access email program for our Raq3i's. It can be located at
www.althepal.com.  Doesn't require that you install any databases or PHP,
either, it just relies on some good PERL scripts that its author has
written.  Seems relatively fast and stable.
