[cobalt-users] Mailing List on Raq 3

2 questions on discussion mailing list I have on Raq 3..

1:  When someone posts to the list and someone replies.. it currently
replies to the person who posted it.. How do I make it reply to the LIST.

2:  Ive seen other mailing lists in the Subject Field, it says somthing
before the actual subject.. for example "[Mitsu-list]  how do i buy a car"..
How do i get the [Mitsu-list] in there for all Messages?
