[cobalt-users] SUDDENLY, MY RAQ3 DOES NOT RECOGNIZE SITE ADMINISTRATORS - PLEASE HELP

I got a very strange and uncomfortable problem:

Since yesterday, whenever a site administrator FTPs to his site to add
content, he is directed to his own user site (as if he would be a
conventional user), and has no access to the domainis web directory.to add
or modify content.

How can I fix this? Please help
