This usually happens when you have the 'Accept email for domain' box
ticked for both of them. Either untick the box for one of them, or
for the second domain name enter 'www' as the host name and 
'test.mydomain.de' as the domain name and it should then be OK.

So, in other words, you enter:
www.mydomain.de
and
www.test.mydomain.de
