[cobalt-users] How to unsubscribe

What is the correct method of subscribing and unsubscribe to this list now?
I tried to access the list archives and information, but that link does not
work.   I am trying to unsubscribe with my current e-mail address and
resubscribe using a newly created e-mail address for lists.
