This is only a clue based on knowledge of how the mailing lists and
aliases work; nothing more.

Check the contents of /etc/virtusertable to see if there's a line for
the username; if so delete it.

(Don't forget to rebuild /etc/virtusertable.)

Check the list (/usr/local/majordomo/lists/" for the site and see if the
username is in there; if so delete it.

Then re-enter the user.
