[cobalt-users] (OT) PHP question

For some of the PHP wizards out there,
I have a Stats package that uses <!--#include virtual="/path/program.cgi"-->
to work properly. My question is: How can I use it in a *.php file? User
group archives seem to be down, and I didn't see anything like this in the
knowledge base.
