    If you are using the telnet of  Windows 9x, you can't put
differences color like a console.  But you can change the back color and
the font color, just click on "Terminal" --> Preferences, and configure
what you like.
    Another way is use a Linux Console, like "Linux Mandrake 7.0 OS",
and access the server, you can see the colors in your files and
directories.
