I hate to respond to my own emails but if anyone else with a raq 2 
was wondering the same thing I was here's my reply.  I was able to 
get atdot up and running fairly easily with only a couple 
modifications to sendmail.cf and a little hacking of the cgi's 
source. We're running the full "hotmail" mode in only a couple hours. 
This looks to be a good solution for low volume email since it 
doesn't require php or mysql installation and is VERY easy to set up 
but I would be concerned about running it(or any perl on a raq) with 
1000's of users.

Here's the bad news, there is an issue with outlook express and 
attachments that are encoded with base64.  However, several people 
have released patches so I'm optimistic that that will not be an 
issue.
