Perhaps I should qualify this: *any* information used to generate the
CSR (which almost always includes the fully qualified domain name, and
can in some cases include the IP address if you so wish) must be
replicated if you wish to move the certificate to another machine.
The data you supply in your CSR is used to generate the public and
private keys for your cert. If any of it doesn't match, then the cert
will not work correctly - it will throw up errors in browser windows if
it works at all.
