I agree. I don't think 32 megs would handle very many sites, either.
Personally, I wouldn't touch anything with less than 128 megs when you're
talking about hosting. You have to be fair to your clients and make sure
that their pages won't load slow because the memory is being used up by
other sites.
It's not about your cost. After all, you'll get that back again and again.
It's about providing a decent, fair service to your clients. Moving from 32
to 128 megs of RAM won't cost you much, but losing clients because their
sites move like molasses *will* cost you.
