I've noticed that as well. It's weird. When I first saw I carefully
checked the headers on the messages as well as my system configuration.
What's happening is the mail is coming in with the reply-to set to the
sender and not to the list.

Do you have a "reply-to" set on your outgoing email? If so, maybe for
some reason mailman isn't replacing a pre-existing reply-to.
I don't use "mailman" for list management; if anyone else does, and have
any clue, please feel free to chime in here <smile>...
