As far as I know... that will work too. The GUI just simply makes it easier
to add that code... its not really needed. So just copy and paste the
files.
But keep in mind, I think you need to add DNS as well.. so you'd have to use
the GUI interface as well for that.
I just do it all through the main site.. so I can still manage everything
and see the settings and stuff. I have never done it not through the GUI, so
im not sure if it adds preferences anywhere else as well.
