Presuming you've got a RaQ3, the documented way (which works for most of
us on this list), is to use "hostname.domain.com" where hostname is
usually (but not always "www"). However, the RaQ3 was sold with a bug
in it that kept the virtusertable from working properly. Have you
installed all the updates?

The real key is to understand how virtusertable works. Then you can
trace mail through it yourself. Mail is saved on the RaQ as
"username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx". If it weren't, then you couldn't get
mail, for example, at "miami.florida.com" and
"jacksonville.florida.com". Since it is, then if you want to get mail
for simply "florida.com" (which is how most of us want to get our mail),
you must have a translation mechanism in place somewhere in the
virtusertable. That's just the (very reasonable) way that Cobalt
implmented it. I studied it for a few minutes when I first put some
domains on my first RaQ; then it made some sense.
