Hi...
I have this problem since more of 2 motnhs.. and Cobalt and Chilisoft can´t
fix this problem.-(
At this moment I have 2 Cobalt 4i (on different companies) and both works
bad the ASP server.-(

I´m only receive the following answer to help me:-(

The ASP SERVER is running on your RAQ4,
If the ASP Server is inactive for a period of time it shuts down .
and will need to be restarted.
This is something ASP Chilisoft. is working on.
They will be contacting me when they get a fix.
