I believe Jeff L. warned me when I first joined the list about the power
supplies (Cobalt's) being notorious for failures, both slow (like yours) and
quick. Have you tried a multimeter on your Tripps to ensure they are putting
out the correct level of juice ? I would also use the MM on the output side
of the Cobalt power supply. That's my K.I.S.S. methodology.
