nope you need to get in with a console via a serial cable
raq2's go through chkdsk, but raq3, when it is a bit more complicated, they
hang and ONLY a serial cable and monitor/windows hyper terminal session will
get you in, once you connected the serial cable it is a piece of cake..just
follow the prompt
