This was posted by one of their representatives to the uk2raq.com forum:"First of all, we do NOT cut people off for exceeding their bandwidth allowance, nor do we concern ourselves with minor overages. If we notice consistent usage over the 5Gb/month we will invite those clients to upgrade to additional bandwidth.
We will be charging £6.99 per Gb/Month but we have not yet announced in what steps we will be requiring upgrading"
