Take a look on the uk-net-web-authoring newsgroup - there's plenty of
recent
(negative) comments there on this deal. There is absolutely NO support
of
any kind, not even email, and those prices are for 2 years up front
payment.
I recall one guy saying something like that he'd been waiting for 6
weeks
for his RAQ set-up (after paying the money)...

Hmmm. There IS support, but you have to pay extra. £5 per month for 2
emails per month, for example. Mine was setup one day after ordering.
They do make it clear that this is a no frills package.
