Since I'm not currently set up for secure sites on my RaQ3 I'm answering
with general knowledge rather than RaQ-specific knowledge, so if anyone
has a better idea, please feel free to chime in...
The secure and insecure sites are different virtual sites. Just change
the document root inside the insecure server's virtual block to point to
a different, or even non-existent directory.
Be aware that if you change any SSL or site settings for the site, this
might very well change back and you'd have to re-change it.
