[cobalt-users] RAQ2 - Sendmail Refusing Connection / Ugly

I use a dedicated RAQ2, and am constantly running into trouble with the
sendmail service. At present, it is not functioning (refusing connection),
and the situation is not rectified with a reboot. The service will come back
up on its own after hours of downtime, but I am unable to give it a push.
I'm unable to track down any logs that shed light on the situation.

Oddly, I had this problem in the past, and the problem was (temporarily)
solved by cutting out the LCD panel use with the lcdsleep command (by
suggestion of a technician at the hosting provider). This process is running
now, and sendmail still refuses to function.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
