[cobalt-users] Creating independant sub folder on virtual site

Hello.
How would i go to create a subfolder for a virtual domain that a user of 
that subfolder can publish to while it having a different userid and 
password than that of the entire virtual site?
That is, for example, a customer that has a virtual site hosted with me, 
wants to give a part of his site www.example.com/friend to another use.
