It has been our experience that the best option is to purchase your own 
Raq and colocate it, or find a colo provider that can purchase and 
install them for you.  This is what we do.  We can either colocate your 
RaQ on our network, or get them for you.  We do not charge a mark up and 
sell them at cost.  We have strayed away from the "dedicated" server 
market, and feel that you are better off in the long run buying your own 
rather than renting it.  Over time, you end up paying for the RaQ over 
and over again, and in the end, it is not yours to keep.

We provide 24/7 monitoring of your server/s via PageSentry.  PageSentry 
monitors you server/s by pinging the IP, TCP Stream, DNS, HTTP, FTP, 
whatever.  This monitoring is done at 5 minute intervals to insure your 
server is up and running.  If for some reason your server/s does not 
respond in a given amount of time, PageSentry will email our techs, as 
well as page the "On Call" technician to attend to your server and reboot 
if necessary.  We provide you with a Critical Methods Reporting Sheet 
which details all contact information for Emergency and Non Emergency 
needs.  This information is also provided on a secure web site that only 
you have access to.  We also provide you with "real-time" traffic graphs,
