I have a RaQ 3 with them at the moment. They seem pretty good. Very
helpful. Had some problems with connectivity but that has been due to
dodgy routers between the UK and US, most of which have been sorted out
and were spotted by Cobaltracks. They are also getting a new line to the
UK as well :-)

All in all they seem ok

will be offering FTP backup solutions in about a month or so.  Does

any comments on FTP backup does it work good eneough? Oh yeah, they are
running the Raq4's
