I can tell you that I've had the same problem, and after following
suggestions in the archives and the knowledgebase, have come up with
nothing! It's so frustrating!! I've tried zero-ing out the logs files to
reset using CAT, removing the suggested html pages from /usr/admserv... but
nothing works.. My logfiles for MAIL seem to generate for SOME sites, some
FTP logs run but they're always 4 or 5 days behind, and I have not had a web
log run successfully since August.
Is there a once-and-for-all fix for this? I'm at wit's end. We have a lot of
smaller sites that don't have/use CGI's, and don't want CGI's enabled, they
want to rely on the built-in reporting, which was a sales feature of the
RaQ3i.. AUGH!!
