My understanding is that you can't do this (we're using a Verisign
certificate). Each certificate is associated with an IP address so
if you use name based virtual hosting you can have only one of your
virtual sites use the certificate.
There have been postings on this list on work-arounds, but I think
all of them violate the certificate's license agreement terms.
