Anyway, handling procmail is a bit tricky -- i've downloaded
a small shell script some time ago, which helps in setting up
autoresponding. I forgot the URL but it's only 4 KB so I could
send it to you if you are interested.
You could also check out the Mail Filtering/Sorting FAQ
(just do a search on google.com/linux for it).
