[cobalt-users] Web access not being logged (RaQ3)

Last night my logs rotated, and since then they have not been updating
for at least one of the sites.  The overall httpd access log in
/var/log/httpd/access shows new hits, but
/home/sites/www.34sp.com/logs/web.log does not, and remains empty.
Anybody have any idea why this is?
