Hi Chris,
did you try restarting the admin server via Telnet (I think something
with "admserv", but maybe anybody else knows more than me ;) ?
I don't know if this will solve Chris's problem, but to restart admnserv:
1) Connect via telnet (or SSH if you have it set up for that) to your
machine as admin
2) su root
3) /etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv restart
This will restart your administration service on a Raq3.
