I have installed PHP and MySQL (MySQL first) and we are using storesense 
which accesses MySQL...  So I know the MySQL is working on some level...
I now want to use PHP scripts with the MySQL through a browser interface...

Is there a way that MySQL has to be configured to be used under each 
virtual site, or do I have to install it to each site, or create a symbolic 
link to the original installation???

I have not been able to access the MySQL databases with the PHP scripts 
through the browser interface with the user I created for this 
task...  Each time I attempt to run the scripts I get the error "couldn't 
connect" (based on what my PHP script tells it to echo if it can't 
connect)...  I know my PHP scripts work, so it isn't that...

Any ideas as to what I may need to do in regards to my MySQL installation???
