[cobalt-users] Customer-Problems (Relaying sometimes denied on RAQ3)

Hello,

We've some Problems with our Customers on the RaQ3.
If they sometimes try to send emails the server won't accept them in any
way.
I know there's an SMTP after POP, but that's not the problem.
In some cases, it just takes the email and sends it out.

I'd be glad to hear why the problem is there because our customers become a
little bit angry.
