Correct me if I'm wrong, but is your Qube its own primary DNS server? This
fixed a lot of my own problems, since then your Qube asks itself questions
first before asking someone else.
Also, is your client's IP address listed in the Qube's DNS? Remember that a
"Class C" is not an address, it is a *range* of addresses (256 of them,
actually). So you may have to give us some more detail. I take it that by
client you mean company, right? What's their relationship to you? How do
they connect to the Qube? Lots, lots more detail...
