.mips and .mipsel RPMs are for the RaQ1/2 and Qube1/2 which use a Mips
processor. These will not work on the RaQ3/4. I am fairly certain there
are MySQL 3.22.32 RPMs for the RaQ3/4 on the Cobalt FTP site in the
experimental or products/raq3 directories. 3.22.32 is the latest stable
version and both of the versions you listed above have a well-known
security exploit anyway that was corrected in later versions. I don't
recall Cobalt having a PHP4 RPM, but I would recommend installing PHP4
over PHP3 since it's been out since early this year and you'll find lots
of apps won't run on PHP3 and PHP4 is faster and has a lot of nice
functionality not present in PHP3.
