Before anyone rushes to sign up with Communitech, keep in mind that these
folks spammed probably thousands of customers of the collective subscribers
to the Cobalt list within the last year, and may still be doing it for all
I know.
They violated their own terms of service by "borrowing" Network Solutions'
WHOIS database and sending unsolicited emails to all of the admin contacts
offering their web hosting service. Of course, they didn't spam on their
own connections... they rented another one specifically to spam people.
Then, when people complained, they somehow claimed that what they were
doing wasn't spamming, and refused to answer ANY of the emails sent by
myself and my associates complaining of this practice.
In my opinion, Communitech is not an ethical company by any stretch of the
imagination. Personally, I wouldn't deal with these unscrupulous people if
they were the last ISP on the planet.
