Have you already tried installing a fix from Cobalt for a mem problem?
Check here http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq2.eng.html for a
possible fix. I have a RaQ2 server and remeber installed a fix realted
to memory, so hopefully you'll get rid of that message.
