Mike,
DefCon stands for Defense Condition, DEFCON 2 - Further Increase
in force readiness, but less than maximum readiness. Your RaQ is
primed for war!!! Do you know what happens if you let that RaQ
go into DefCon 1?? The U.S. Government enters World War III.
Stop that RaQ at any cost, man! Kill it, Destroy it, Reboot it,
Power it down if you have to, but DO NOT let it go to DefCon
1!!!!!
