Hi all.
On my daily check MYSQL was noticed to be not running any more.
Which is a real pain as many of my sites were dead as a result !
Checking logs showed what appeared to be a reboot @ 16:51 ( log
extract below )
ALL other logs appeared normal with no unusual activity anywhere !
(before and after the event)
Can anyone throw any light on this ?
Also can i autostart mysql at boot from rc.local or similar, too
prevent a future failures.
message log extract
Oct 18 16:51:36 localhost init: Switching to runlevel: 6
Oct 18 16:51:36 localhost mgetty[418]: failed dev=ttyS0, pid=418, got
signal 15, exiting
