[cobalt-users] email attachments on RaQ 4

I have a customer who claims that they are sending emails with attachments,
and they never arrive to the end recipient. They say they are trying it to
several addresses and it never works. They don't get rejections, or errors.
the email goes, but never shows up. Any one seen this, or have any thoughts?
