I have leased a RaQ3 from Cobaltracks since July and have been very
satisfied with them.  I have had the opportunity to contact them for support
on two occasions:
Once when I did something VERY stupid that disabled the RaQ.
Again when I needed hand holding during the installation of the Cobalt
updates (You guys had me scared to death about adding the updates)
Both times, the support was handled in a very professional and concise
manner.  I would recommend them based on my experience with them. (OK Sam,
don't forget to send me that envelope! <grin>)
