AW: [cobalt-users] error rotating

we have the same problem, our cobalt doesnt rotate the logs in
some domains. we removed the access log, but it didnt resolve
the problem. 

in our case we were able to resolve the problem by removing the
2 entries of the webalizer from our /etc/logrotate.d/apache
now it works again.
