We (nobaloney.net)'re an independent Cobalt consulting firm.  I've
actually thought about writing a book more than once.  The problem is in
getting a publisher interested, since we really don't know how many
individual Raq customers there are, or how many of them would need more
information than Cobalt supplies.  (Don't forget only a very small
number of users are on this list, and only a very small number of them
ever post questions.
