Re: [cobalt-users] RAQ3 - Trouble with yahoo express

Randall,

Great idea. Unfortunately, I just tried it and no luck. I also discovered it
applies to all domains on any of my RAQ's.

I am running DNS on 2 of the RAQ3's - primary and secondary, of course.
Pretty vanilla setup like described in the RAQ documentation. If Yahoo can't
find the site the error is different.

Have other RAQ3/4 users submitted sites through the Yahoo express service
successfully?

If anyone has 10 minutes to go partway through the process, no credit card
info is requested before the problem comes up and if you get to step "3"
where it asks if there is another category or if a new category should be
created then you got past the problem. This should help to determine if the
problem is the RAQ3 or external to it.

Are there any other ideas on how to troubleshoot this? I've looked at the
DNS records by a "sniffer" program but nothing there stood out.

I sent email to yahoo this morning, but besides a form letter, no help.

I'm really stumped here. I need help.

      Thanks,
