Okay, now I've gone back and read the original offer (of course I didn't
bother the first time <smile>.  Yes, this one looks to be against the
law from the getgo.

A friend of mine was one of the first people to sell reports via chain
letters back in the 60s.  He sent out millions (yes, millions) of
letters with "THIS IS THE LETTER THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE" on the
oustside.  He made a lot of money.  Served a bunch of time.  Got
deported.

Not worth it.
