Re: [cobalt-users] making .htm the default

Telnet into your Raq
su- to root
cd to /etc/httpd/config
vi your srm.conf file
Look for a part called DirectoryIndex. (Not to far down the page)

You will see that there are a number file names and extentions listed.
What ever one comes first is the one that is default. Change it to suit your
needs.
You will see an example below showing my DirectoryIndex: You will notice
that my default
page is index.php3

DirectoryIndex index.php3 index.html index.htm index.shtml home.html
home.htm de
fault.html default.htm
