I have set up a customer with there own IP address and I was wondering

http://207.000.00.00/siteadmin/ is this not possible to do. Does the
customers domain name have to be used to do this. I can access the
Personal page with the IP address but not the siteadmin page.

Hi,
The script that resolves those links needs a name, not an IP in the url and
it can't get that from just the IP. If there is no name defined, it puts
the IP in twice and that's what breaks it.
Try this type of URL instead...typing it in..not using a "link"
http://207.000.00.00:81/.cobalt/siteManage/www.domainname.com/index.html
note the host portion of the domain..in this case www. That must be there also.
good luck..HTH,
Diana
